Wait for them to figure it out. They said if interviews open before then we can't help you get one. So if we miss the next set were just out of luck. They said it can take up to 5 business days possibly longer.

Sorry to hear this . . . I hope they can give you a date asap.

Thank you. I knew something was wrong when we had no confirmation by Wednesday. He made the payment in Kenya on Friday. They at least are responding and trying to resolve the problem. Hopefully no interview open before then. Our son was really hoping he'd be home by Christmas but probably not.

No luck for us yet.

Dang. I'm praying this week but I'm unsure since they were incorrect in the email. They said they'd open dates the 1st week in November but instead opened some at the end of October. But I still remain hopeful that sometime this month it will happen. I will post if they open up though... good luck..

Yeah we are praying too. They told us too that it will be the first week in November. One thing for certain is we have a day advantage of the next group that still has to pay, so we should definitely get in the time they release. I’ll post right away also if I see any open up like I did last time. Good luck. May I ask when u started this process

Sure is. So we got an email confirming that the embassy has received our payment. The next instructions was to schedule an appointment, I thought we'd get the same date that was available when I made the payment but I guess it wasn't definite...I ended up getting another date . There were only 4 dates available for the month of December.

Did you also experience a similar thing?

May I ask you what was the latest date they had available at the time you choose your date.

Hi Purity..Have you found a date yet? I'm also waiting to book with the Kenyan Embassy...No dates open yet but I'm hopeful this week they will open them.

Hey, yes I was able to get a date thankfully. Just keep checking the website for dates, if they take too long you can give them a call and ask them when they expect to release more dates.

we started the process around Second week of May
NOA 1 was Aug 12

NOA 2 was October 1st

Yours moved superfast wow and then even faster through NVC usually that takes longer. We didn't get to the embassy until over a month after Noa2.
