i 601 and filing for us citizenship

hello everyone.I had my i-601 for misrepresentation approved and now ready to apply for citizenship and wanted to find out how to answer these questions on the citizenship forms.Please your help is needed

 

31 says "Have you EVER given any U.S. Government officials any information or documentation that was false, fraudulent, or misleading?"

#32 says "Have you EVER lied to any U.S. Government officials to gain entry or admission into the United States or to gain immigration benefits while in the United States?"

I'm assuming the answer to both of those is yes? So you answer yes and explain.

When you put in your N400 application, you may want your approval notice for your I-601 uploaded with your additional evidence.
