How do you upload the i864 form?

Have you paid the AOS fee, and it displays as paid on the CEAC site? If so, then you complete the appropriate i-864, then upload the file under the AOS section.

I believe you have a year to submit your documents before the fees expire, but it is best to submit the documents as soon as you have them available to you so you won't delay the time to review your docs. Just try to upload all at once since NVC won't review until ALL docs are submitted.

I uploaded mine on the 28th and 29th of Jan, I got DQ on the 18th of Feb.

What does dq means?

It’s ok now

Is there’s a form for DS260?

OK good.

DS 260 is the application for the beneficiary- it isn't a form to fill out, it's an interactive application, you answer the questions presented on each page.

DQ is documentary qualified.  Once you submit all your documents for NVC stage, you wait to become DQ'd and then receive the interview letter.
