Does anyone know how I can find the K-1 approval rates for May or June of this year for my Embassy of Jordan? They have been giving 221g 's to so many K1's due to the new security procedures enacted recently. Im wondering if they even approved any the last 2 months.

Approval rates by country are not posted publicly except for B visas.

The number of K-1 visas issued is available from DOS, but not the number of applications.

May 2019 (latest available): https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Statistics/Non-Immigrant-Statistics/MonthlyNIVIssuances/MAY 2019 - NIV Issuances by Post and Visa Class.pdf

Looks like 2 were issued by Amman that month.

Other months: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-statistics/nonimmigrant-visa-statistics/monthly-nonimmigrant-visa-issuances.html

Eligibility for a visa is not a chance-based event.

Wow 2 for May. Another Jordanian member told me this. Unreal. That would be 2 out of 8 as they only book 8 K1 interviews per month.

June is updated now. They approved 6 k1 in June, so thats better than the 2 in May anyways ^_^

Actually, in January they approved 5 and then February they approved 8. Then in both March and in April they approved 9 K1 visas! May was slow with only 2 approved and then June picked back up to 6.

I think it looks more positive to see the bigger picture. I wish we knew how many people were interviewed each month but something is better than nothing in this process.

Everyone stay positive and focused on preparing everything. Our interview days are coming ❤️
