No doubt, but I would be much more concerned about Federal Law and Federal Prosecution due to the sentencing guidelines and sentencing is day per day, not like state laws where you get 10 years and you serve 6 months, Mess with Federal Guideline sentencing and 10 years is 10 years. Plus the Feds have much more power and authority than does state
