😳 but why? The interview didn't go well or you didn't have enough evidence?

I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully they change their mind.

A friend told me, someone in Chicago is waiting already a year for an answer.  It's CRAZY!!

I got divorce in the middle of the i751 process, but the problem was because he found a problem in my turist visa, when I applied for my turist visa I was divorce, I came to visit USA i got married  i went back to my country  and I lost my passport, when I applied again to get a new turist visa again I put that I was divorce when I was married, I took my wife to live with me to my country but I few years later we came to usa and we stayed here... I changed my Status, the day of my interview the office told me that I lied saying that I was divorce..

And I'm been waiting for a letter or the approval..

I was victim of domestic violence and I have the evidence on videos, this is why I filed my divorce

Wowww!! Sorry to hear that. I'm sure a good attorney can straighten things out.

I'm waiting for my I751, filed jointly but in the meantime we filled for a divorce, 4 months ago.

I'm still waiting for the final divorce decree.  Once I get it I'm planning to send it to them and tell them that I'm switching to I751 with waiver.

Did you go to the interview alone?

Yes.. when I got there and they didn't know I was divorce, and I mailed them the papers call uscis to let them know I had my receipt. I don't know what they do with the paperwork we mail.

My divorce was not the problem for him, he went back like 6 years to review all my applications, i found 1 mistake. But it's been 5 months since my interview I hope he just let my case to the side,  to approve it later

Hello everyone, I filed my ROC in June 2019 and it’s still pending, I filed my N400 in December 2020, I didn’t receive an RFE but thinking of adding more documents like our car note worth and this year’s tax return in this column “unsolicited info”, has anyone ever tried this and got a result after , is this beneficial in Anyway, would it help expedite my case?

Thanks to you all as we all stay positive.

How was your infopass experience at San Bernardino Field Office? did you get a chance to ask any questions you may have with them?
