I've requested this thread be merged with your already merged thread below, so all info can be in one place for members to better assist you with your rebuttal/questions.

Also, if you can post a photo of the full NOIR letter, with personal info removed, this would be better for members to be able to help you with answering your question on what type(s) of evidence to send since we don't know exactly what the letter is emphasizing as points of concern...

Evening VJ,

So after my husband being denied in October 16, 2016 we finally received our NOIR letter today in the mail. 3 years and 9 months.!.

I knew that they were going to say it wasn't a Bona Fide marriage, but other things the CO wrote weren't even asked!! Especially when the interview was 8-10 minutes long!

How did you go about writing your rebuttal letter, & the things you included in it, and the time it took to get a response, & outcome.?.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance 😊💕

As already mentioned posting a pic of the letter would be helpful.

I was at the interview with my husband for most of the time but the period I was not I documented his entire account after we left to prepare for the NOIR.

The items in the NOIR are received from the counselors notes on their account of the interview.   For each item they list you must be able to explain your story, the burden of evidence is on you.   Make sure you hit every point from the NOIR in your rebuttal attach evidence where necessary and organize it so its easy to follow.   I marked each evidence as an exhibit with tabs and used a highlighter.  If it's something that doesn't need evidence (i.e. stating what may have or may have not been said during the interview) I attached a sworn statement from my husband on his account regarding the same.

USICS took about 10 days to make a decision to reaffirm our case and send it back to the embassy for  a second interview.
