Did you withdraw the I-129F? If not, then it could delay your CR-1 process.

If you are married you are no longer eligible for a K1.  It is best to withdraw the I-129F in writing.  If it has been a year since the interview it has mostlike died on its own.

Then, your CR1 case could be significantly delayed.....You can't have conflicting cases processing at the same time.  You should immediately withdraw the K-1 since you no longer qualify.......

but I would still submit a withdrawal letter........especially since the "current" USCIS status is as the OP posted "still processing".

I often wonder where that lore comes from.   A petitionner can have multiple active petitions, and a beneficiary can as well in the i130 side.  Is there something special about the i129f?

YMMV

If it had never gone to interview, I might agree.  In this case an inneligibity was found. Most likely the case came back, scanned into the uscis and it's been in cold storage since.  I doubt the online status will ever change

There was a K-1 interview.........and it sounds to me as if it might be in AP..............I could be wrong.

If being returned to the uscis is AP, but that is not the normal definition.
