It won't speed it up, that's for sure. Your K1 will be sent back to USCIS to naturally expire, but as other stated, if you want to play it on the safe side you can send a letter of withdrawal for the K1 in the case that it hasn't expired just yet and since you no longer qualify for it because you have a CR1 pending.
