My 2 years GC expires on 10/18/2019 and i will be out of the country next week for 2 month to be back by July 31st.....I think my 90 days window open at 18th July if am not mistaking. Can file my application in first week in August and hope its not too late.  Just needed an advise and will be very grateful to who ever gives me heads up.....

Your window opens July 20th, 2019

You can file any time between that date and the expiration date on your card.  Do not allow them to receive it even one day early.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

You can file anytime within that 90 day window. Do.not file before the window because it will be refused.

You can file your application for ROC within the 90-day window but not before or else it will be refused and returned to you, and certainly not after! ;)
