I'm a little bit confused this morning, I received a response from the NVC to upload a W2; however, all my documents show as accepted. I spoke with the NVC this morning and they did very little to clarify things other than say I am not case complete...

I resubmitted a W2 by clicking the submit in the documents portal, my question is, Am I back in the queue to wait to have my documents reviewed? or do I need to click submit on all portals (Civil, Documents)?

Original Submission was June 5th

You need to click the resubmit all, the status should change to "Submitted" again. The documents you previous submitted will still accepted. You would be placed back into the queue.

Interesting tidbit, there is no resubmit all for me... I submitted the W2 through the doc portal and it wont let me resubmit any of the other documents. Everything is just showing accepted...

Is the W2 accepted as well? Maybe you already clicked the main submit button. The files that were accepted don't need to be reuploaded.

I never uploaded a W2 for my household member originally, just transcripts. This morning I received this message:

Then an hour later I uploaded the W2 they requested, submitted it through this portal...

But on my main ceac page it shows "Accepted", not submitted...

For the second screenshot, right above the REQUIRED AOS doc is there a "Submit" button on the upper right corner? Mine is in the submitted state, I clicked the button again and it didn't do anything. Maybe it's since my require documents had the RFE versus the optional.

Yes! Mine is in the submitted state as well, I can't modify anything. The weird part is everything on main CEAC is showing accepted... I'm going to call tonight when the call volume dies down, I don't want to give away the weekend for the 3 week wait process.

Again, I appreciate the help!
