Dear all,

i had my interview on 21 May’19 and the interview went seem fine. But there’s some error with my medical report and missing 2 original documents (I mistakenly print the copy) so at the end of the interview the officer passed me the refusal worksheet to submit the documents together with my Passport at Aramex. Which I have done it right after the interview.

I had no idea the medical report will have error until my interview date as I have done check up on 17 April’19 and today I contacted Fullerton and they emailed me this.

Right now my status is Administrative Processing kinda worry me :(

Anyone has the same issue as me about missing documents or medical report issue?

Cheers

First off, administrative processing is perfectly normal. Everyone goes through some form of AP, whether 2-3 days, 2-3 weeks, 2-3 months, or even years.. yes years. Right now you're in AP as they needed your documents, once submitted they will review them, probably with 10 business days or so. You may still endure a 'regular' AP afterwards, but it's just part of the process, it's nothing to stress over right now.

As long as you provide what they ask for, you will be approved. Hang in there.

I did AOS from inside the US, and had my medical with a CS, not a panel physician, but I highly recommend that, if possible, everyone request a copy of the medical before the physician seals the envelope so that they can check it and be aware of any issues prior to the interview.

My husband was in administrative processing from April 16th to May 14th, it happens and it is definitely worrisome, but it's normal when they are waiting on paperwork.  Just try to be as patient as possible ( I know it's easier said than done!) and you will hear back soon.  I wish you the best of luck! :)

More specifically, as long as there are no outstanding issues after receiving what they asked for, the visa will be issued.

It's impossible for anybody here to know if there are, will be, or were any other issues than the missing documents.

Thank you for your reply. It’s impossible to ask for the medical report here in Singapore. They will send direct to the embassy.

Have ve a nice day ☺️

Thank you so much for your reply. It’s really helpful for me to hear this from you. This is what I need to hear from someone share the same experienced with me.

Have a great day ahead 😇☺️

Thank you for you reply. Yes I have submitted those documents they asked for after the interview. Now hopefully the clinic will submit my medical report soon.

Have a nice day ahead ☺️

I doubt this would be possible for most applicants.  At our consulate for example, the clinic didn't prepare the report while my husband waited, since there were lab results to wait for.

You’re probably right. My exam took two visits, one for labs, and the other for the results, exam, and report. It was after they gave me the completed form to review before sealing when I asked for a copy.

Hi!!!

I'm in the same situation......

Interviewed on 22/5/19, was told Fullerton made a mistake in my report. I didn't have any outstanding documents.

They (medical centre) promised to send back my amended report yesterday and my case was updated again today but still says administrative processing.

Any news your side?

HI there,

I had my visa on hand yesterday,  I was on AP from 21 May’19 to 28 May’19 the status changed to Issued on 28 May’19.

I choose pick up option so yesterday Amarex called me to come and pick up my visa with the sealed envelope.

Hang in there, if just medical mistake shouldn’t take AP for so long.

Good luck to you 😊🌸
