Verify my I-485/I-130 package please!

Hey guys!

I have finally finished my packet.. All that's left is to sign it.. Can you guys double check everything I have here? Let me know if anything stands out or if I need to do something else? 

This is my cover letter/table of contents as well. I will also add a separate table of contents to each form in case they are split up as well. 

 

Concurrent filing of I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131

    • Photocopy of Canadian passport - Spouse

    • Canadian birth certificate - Spouse

Timeline

Looks good for an adjustment of status case, but you posted in a spouse visa forum.  Is your spouse seeking a visa or already in the US and adjusting status from within the US?  Please clarify.

Huh, neat. You'd think a biographical form would request that, but fair enough OP. 

 

I think @K1visaHopeful had some issues with the marriage certificate RFE, and I err on the side of "include everything related to I-485 everywhere else", including things like birth and marriage certificates with every related form. But I suppose if you don't have to, you don't have to.
