Can my fiance substitute work experience for education on Form I-129F ? (She's currently on a student visa and tecnically not allowed to work here in China)

If you're asking how to lie on the application in order to not mention an illegal work, no one will help you with that.

All the questions on the form I-129F are straightforward and require truthful, honest and factual answers. There is no question on the form that an answer can be substituted for one answer or the other. If you do that you are playing with fire and bound to get a denial.

If you’re asking if she can put down “student” when the form asks for the 5 years of work, that usually fine. I put down that i was a student so that it didn’t look there was a gap in my 5 years of work.

Yes! This is exactly what I wanted to know. I wasn’t sure if she should put NA or student there. Thanks for your help🙏🏿

If you list it, that's fine. If not, it's still accurate as "student" isn't employment. It's not going to impact the petition or visa adjudication process.
