What did the CO told you after the your interview , if he/ she said expect to pick your passport within two weeks time , then expect an email and text massage in your phone within that very particular moment.

However sometimes it exceed from two weeks they told you to expert for your  passport , on that case I advice you to call the embassy or email them confirming about your visa passport.

I was given 10 business days n it has exceeded that,called the numbers given to talk agents n they saying to still keep waiting. Sent tons of mails but no reply.

What is the accurate email you can help with?

The 10 business days, at least in my opinion, starts only when it changes to issued, because before that the visa is still in processing. Wait another week, if you don't get any email, call the embassy.

Actually after being issue, the status changes on the ustraveldoc website for Ghana. It should say your passport is ready to pick up there. Please input your passport information on there. To this day it still says issued on CEAC but I have already picked up passport so long ago, it never changed on CEAC just the website

Hi, my fiancé is in the same boat . One site says issued and the other site says no update information on passport. Did you receive your passport from Dhl or any new info? Thanks in advance for your reply!
