aprobó la visa k1 a mi amiga, tiene 8 meses de embarazo y puede viajar a los EE. UU. y tener a su bebé allí
 o la aerolinea puede negar su entrada a los EE. UU. por tener tantos meses de embarazo, incluso cuando ingresa con una visa k1

Why would you think this?  Airline would deny boarding  before immigration would deny entry

OP, if your timeline is correct and you are the petitioner, she is the beneficiary, you just submitted your I-129F petition for her in January.  So you're a long way from "visa approved."  The petition will most likely not be approved until May based on average processing times, then the US consulate in Mexico that does the K-1 interviews is currently 5 or 6 months backlogged in scheduling interviews and getting longer, so if this your fiancee you are asking about and the timeline is correct, her K-1 visa will not be approved until October or November.  If her K-1 visa is not approved in time to travel to the US before the birth, and if you are the father and a US citizen, she will have the baby in Mexico and the baby will automatically become a US citizen through you.

It could be October, it all depends on how the process goes.  K-1 petitions are taking 5 months to approve, then NVC takes about a month for K-1s.  The big question is how long it will take after that to get an interview at the US Consulate in Mexico--some recent threads here on VJ are posting that it is taking 5  or 6 months from the petition approval.  Check the Mexico forum for recent experiences.  So it could be October or November but no one knows for sure.  Good luck with the process!  And remember, that if you are the father of the baby on the way, he/she will automatically get US citizenship through you, wherever in the world they are born.

you know how long it takes the process when an American citizen father requests the paternity of his newborn child and this baby obtains the citizenship?
