I have gotten an update only on my N400 today which I filed in 05/2023.

I did send in an expedite request for my I751 on 06/12 but then withdrew my N400 on 06/14. My update from USCIS for N400 is as following:

July 11, 2023

Interview Was Scheduled

On July 11, 2023, we scheduled an interview for your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, Receipt Number. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN??? DIDN'T THEY SEE THAT I WITHDREW MY N400??? WHAT DO I DO??? STILL GO TO THE INTERVIEW??? THEY WILL 100% DENY MY CASE.

From reading what other users have posted here, it’s not usually an issue if you have a pending I-751 with an N-400 as long as you’re eligible with residency requirements.

Others have noted that they have sent a letter explaining that they have an active I-751 case, and would like to request a combo interview for both.  I have read cases where it has even speed up the I-751 significantly.

If you’ve already applied, and paid the fee - I think it would be a total waste to withdraw the application at this point.

If you applied in 2021 with a divorce waiver, and your divorce was still pending. I thought USCIS wants the divorce decree within 85-90 days window? They waited for your divorce decree til now? That was nice.

There is no time limit to present the divorce decree from my understanding.  I think the only time limit is when you’ve been issued an RFE and have to produce the decree.
In my case, the long processing actually streamlined the process to where my divorce was fortunately faster than any potential RFE. :)

When I applied for N400 in May 2023 (online application), I also uploaded a cover letter informing about my pending I751 and requesting a combo interview.

On 06/14 I got worried and then with my health now, I send a withdrawal request with priority mail and tracking to the address on my N400 NOA together with a copy of it. It was delivered on 06/15 and now I got a Interview notice from 07/11/2023. So Yeah. Idk. I will of course go with my husband and talk to the IO. Maybe I can revoke/cancel my withdrawal? Idk. They prob. haven’t seen my request.

and you never had an interview here in the US? I'm also CR1 and MSC, but I read online, that people with MSC case nr. are required to appear for an interview for ROC / CR1 cases. So it's just interesting to see.

Nope, my husband never had an interview here in the US. His new GC arrived in the mail a while back, so we're all squared away. 🤷

may I ask for how long you were married before coming to the US?

We were married about a year before my husband did POE. But we'd been in a relationship for about 4 years before we got married, and we lived together in his country (with both our names on the lease) for 2 of those years. Not sure if all that is relevant--just providing some additional context in case it's helpful. 😊

that's NBC for ya.... :(

When tomorrow starts without me..

please try to understand, That an Angel came and called

my name, and took me by the hand; The angel said my

place was ready, In Heaven far above, And that I'd have

to leave behind all those I dearly love. But when I walked

through Heaven's Gates, I felt so much at home, for God

looked down, smiled at me, And told me "Welcome Home."

So when tomorrow starts without me,

Don't think we're far apart, for every time you think of me,

I'm right there in your heart.

Your case took so much longer, so I just see it as being halfway there! I think they are dragging it out because they want to convert me and want me to apply for citizenship, I AM NOT CAVING :)

I had a quick look on your timeline.

So, almost after 2 years, this year in June 2023 they send a RFE. May I ask when you replied? Usually after reply it goes fast(er). Or your IO is on vacation. :D
