Updating address after 485 approval before ROC

Hey everyone,

 

Just curious on updating addresses after your conditional residency is approved but before you start the ROC process. How do we go about updating the address? Do we just put in all our of receipt notices for all forms(765,485,130)? Or just the 130/485? Or do we go about it a whole another way?

So you're saying you have the 2 year green card now? And how to update address if you move between now and when you start the ROC process?

 

As LPR, you are supposed to let USCIS within 10 days of when you move by filing form AR-11 https://www.uscis.gov/ar-11. It can be filed online. 

 

And yes, when it times to file the ROC, put the new address, as you already will have lived there

Go to this link https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do and fill out this form AR-11 to do an electronic change of address with USCIS to update your record.

OK thats the site we used last time. Wondering if we put yes/no into currently in process application? Assuming no since our 485 is done, but want to be sure.

You only put yes if you currently have any pending immigration benefit with uscis that you're waiting to be adjudicated. If you have none then your answer is simply no.

Do you have GC in hand? If so, you don’t have any pending applications so select NO.

Also, any I-864 sponsor is supposed to file an I-865.
