I'm not able to contact NVC no matter what time I call.  I keep getting the automatic message of "all agents are busy, please call later."  Has anyone else been able to NVC in the past 2 weeks?

Hello All,

 

I received my case number and invoice id on 02/20/2019 from NVC and I am finally able to log in and pay the full amount within 5 minutes. I hope all of your issue will be resolve by tomorrow.

If you reported an issue it should be on your case, ask the customer rep whether your case was escalated to the Supervisor, I believe they might be fixing the affected records one by one. Because I literally was just able to login not an hour ago. I believe they're actively working on this. 

I agree.. if you haven't reported the problem i would send them an email and also call them.. it is good if they put in notes on your case so that they can get it fixed and they don't leave anybody out..

Looks like almost everyone is getting thru..mine is still not up

My case is up finally but there is no fee for me to pay on this...hmmm not sure what to do next

They changed my case class number so my visa is not available 

i have to call them again
