Hi guys! This is what I've included for my AOS. Have I included everything I need?

FOR AOS

 

  1. Check/payment in the amount of $1,225
  2. Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
  3. COVER PAGE
  4. Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status
  5. Copy of Passport (Biographical page as well as stamps and K-1 Visa)
  6. Copy of Form I-797 Notice of Action (I-129 Approval Notice)
  7. Copy of Electronic I-94
  8. Copy of International Birth Certificate
  9. Copy of Marriage Certificate
  10. Copy of the legal dissolution document of previous marriage
  11. Form G-325A, Biographical Information Sheet
  12. Two Passport type photos
  13. Copy of Form DS-3025 (Form I-693, Medical Examination is not included/needed as a K-1 Visa holder, I have filed within one year of my overseas medical examination)
  14. Form I-864, Affidavit of Support
  15. IRS Tax Transcript 2017

 

 

APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

 

       Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

  1. Form I-765 – Application for Employment
  2. Two Passport type photos
  3. Copy of Electronic I-94
  4. Copy of passport biographical details page 
  5. Copy of K1 visa page
  6.  Copy of the Certified Marriage certificate
  7. Copy of the legal dissolution document of previous marriage

 

APPLICATION FOR TRAVEL AUTH

  1. Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
  2. Form I-131 - Application for Travel Document (Advanced Parole)
  3. Two Passport type photos
  4. Electronic copy of I-94
  5. Copy of passport biographical details page 
  6. Copy of K1 visa page (to show present status)
  7. Copy of the Certified Marriage certificate
  8. Copy of the legal dissolution document of previous marriage

03/21/2019 - NOA1 received hard copy via post (Notice date 03/14/2019)

Im not sure... My husband is a surgeon and has his own practice so he didn't need it. I'm not sure otherwise.. it doesn't hurt to include it I guess
