Forms Needed for i130 - confused

Hey - I am helping a friend file for her husband. I filed for my hubby 4 yrs ago and the process seems a bit diff. So she is filling out the 130 form, what is the 130A for and is it needed? I remember filling a form 325A for my husband and myself and attached passport photos of each. Is that not needed or yes?

No 325a, it's i-130a along with an i-130 for spouses now. Everything she needs to include is listed in the i-130/i-130a instructions packet on USCIS website

Make sure to read the instructions for updated information. 

 

I filed G-325A and then I read about the I-130a so I added them both. We recently got approved. They probably just threw away the outdated form G-325A. Whoops haha
