Hey, I have a question about the biometric appointment letter for those of you that have received yours/still got it.

I had my appointment yesterday in Omaha and while I was waiting I noticed I only had two barcodes linked to my applications at the bottom (one for I-485 and one for I-765, but there isn't one for I-131). The lady there said it's okay because the receipt number at the top is a range and therefore the I-131 is covered in that range. But it worries me that there was no barcode at the bottom for them to scan for the i-131. She wasn't really sure though and was like "if you have problems then make an infopass appointment", so i'm worried I won't know theres a problem until I receive my EAD without the travel permit on there and then it's too late (really need to travel in August so I don't have time for it to be delayed).

For those of you that applied for I-485, I-765 and I-131, do you have three barcodes on your biometrics letter for all your applications? If you only have two like mine, did you manage to get your EAD/AP combo card okay still? Mine only has barcodes for the first and last receipt number in the range that's listed at the top (I-485 and I-765). Sorry if that's really confusing. I wasn't sure how to word it without making it sound really confusing 😂

The I485 is your GC.

The I765 and the I131 is your combo card.

You dont need a seperate photo or fingerprints because the I765 and I131 are on the same card whereas the GC is a seperate card.

If you applied all together (I485, I765, I131), your Biometrics letter will only include the I485 and the I765 and omit the I131 as biometrics are not necessary for both the I765 and i131.

Makes sense?

Yeah I know it's a combo card, but I still would have thought there would be a separate barcode for the I-131. They are separate applications even if they are put together on a card at the end. Did you only have two barcodes on your appt letter?

Yes. And so does everyone else who applied for I485, I765 and I131 concurrently. It's non-issue.

It has nothing to do with combo. The I -131 has never required biometrics, even when it was not combo and came as an an 8 1/2 by 11 piece of paper.

I just got my combo card and my biometrics appointment also only states I-485 and I-765. This is completely normal, nothing to worry about

It’s called a combo card for a reason ;) as long as his card says ‘serves as I-512 advanced parole’ it’s a combo card. He should’ve got a combo card if you applied for EAD and AP. If you only applied for EAD it won’t be a combo card
