All systems go; interview tomorrow

We have arrived at the day we've been working towards all these months. My fiance has her interview in the morning. She says she is a little nervous but feeling confident.

Like others, we have had some hoops to jump through and some uncertainties, but have stayed relatively calm and focused.

The only thing we don't have are the tax return transcripts since that issue has been a recent one and there just wasn't time to get it done. She has copies of the I-134, my complete tax return with W2, recent pay stubs and a great smile. Wish us luck. We are hoping for an awesome Valentine's Day present!

I am betting the embassy doesn't ask for the financial support evidence with the K-1       ..  most times they don't.  ;)

Good Luck and keep us updated

Have her look at Manila Bay and report back also. There is a herd of people who always stand right next to the entrance for the Visas, they to me look shady and offer stuff like "Ball pens" or "Watch your Electronic Devices" or maybe they are just there hoping to scam someone.

Usually Manila Bay looks like a cesspool of trash, I was told there was a Operation CLean up ordered by the government and was told it was clean, Which I highly doubt.

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

All the best and like Hank states, financials have not been an issue of late as they don't usually ask for them. What has happened with the requirement of a Tax transcript and not the 1040 is isolated cases. Love to hear back from you if this is true or not. All the best.

Ya the financials are still on the required list ... so have to be prepared.   But the embassy doesn't have to ask for them ;)  :)
