NVC to interview stage

hey guys! so my case was created by the NVC on February, 5 2019 in Sydney and then today on February 12 2019 I was appointed a new NVC case number ( due to the fact that we requested a transfer of consulates from Australia to Brazil)

why im on here is to get an idea of the timeline from NVC case number creation to the interview date. I have tried looking at some peoples but its so hard to tell, especially with the cases that are have been approved so long ago. anybody who has an idea of the timeline I would greatly appreciate it. Especially for the people that interviewed in Brazil! thanks guys.

NVC always issues a new case number /it shows embassy initials /then the year and case number follows

 

as for embassy info,   go to the Brazil portal from the above list on the home page

read the posts from Brazil members and check the embassy reviews 

helps to also know here what the visa type is 

NVC schedules interview with the embassy for spouse

 

for a K1 it is scheduled after packet goes to embassy

I  hope  got a criminal investigation report done from Australia before you left if you needed one for the interview

I have applied for the CR1. Yes we got a police check from Australia before we moved. I had been checking online for consular reviews for Brazil... it’s just hard to gauge because it’s usually a case from about a year ago
