SSN

I need  help i want to clearify one thing when we go for SSN form there are 

4 check boxes :-

 

1) us citizen

2) legal alien allowed to work

3) legal alien not allowed to work

4) other 

 

which one i  have to select ? 

 

im thinking to go for SSN , my visa is k1 even my i-94 is getting expired this month on 19th feb , my aos is already filed biometrics done .

 

if i select legal alien not allowed to work or other they say see instruction on page 3 and on page 3 they have mentioned you check “Legal Alien Not Allowed to Work” or “Other,” you must provide a document from a U.S. Federal, State, or local government agency that explains why you need a Social Security number and that you meet all the requirements for the government benefit.

 

im comfused if i select legal alien not allowed to work in respect to that i can show my notice copies which i have received from uscis stating that your petition for i485 , i131 and for ead is received even i have biometrics notice as well i did my biometrics on 1/31/19

You are getting a SSN because you will be a legal alien allowed to work....

Personally, with your I94 expiring in less than two weeks, I would not waste my time going to the SSA.  You most likely will need to wait until you get either your EAD or GC.
