Dear

I am from Pakistan.

My case was approved by USICS and sent to NVC for further processing in March, 2010.

Does anyone know how much time it will take further.

hi

when was the petition filed, it doesn't matter when it was approved, the priority date depends on when the petition was filed

Petition was filled in May 2007 and it took almost 11 years.

See category F4 in the first table, you need your priority date to be before the listed date there for the visa to be available-  they are currently processing cases up to June 2005. You likely have at another 2 years or so to wait, could be a bit longer or shorter than that.

There are tow categories A & B

A. FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES

B.  DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS

and my case related to which category.

Like I said before, the first table, so A. No matter when you can file documents, you can’t actually get a visa until the date in table A is after your priority date.
