Hello! I just got married with my spouse recently here in China, however I wanted to know before filling which is the fastest way to get us to the US and the expected duration from start to finish. Because a lot of people doesn’t speak positively regarding the k3 visa. Thank you

No K3 anymore. Your only option is the spouse visa IR /CR1

Look at the guide for this visa under the Guides  tab on the Menu on this  page . 

If China is one of the countries where residents can use the Direct Consular Filing process you should  check into that .. it is way faster but there are significant requirements which must be met.  Not all countries are on the DCF list.

Spousal visa is typically 12 to 16 months.  That assumes no RFEs.   If you qualify for DCF in can be much shorter.   Ours was 3.5 months.

Direct Consular Filing. To be able to do so usually you have to have been a legal resident of the country for 6 + months at the time of the application as well as that country generally has to also have a USCIS field office in the embassy.

Alright thanks a lot. I noticed someone said with DCF method it takes about 3.5 months, how accurate is it?

It depends on the embassy and your case. It's as always on a case to case basis as far as the timeline to get things done.

Unless you've been living in China for six months before filing the petition, it doesn't matter.  If you have, then that timeline is about right.  You can file in either Beijing or Guangzhou but the visa interview will be in Guangzhou.  If you haven't lived there with a student or work visa for six months, you cannot file DCF.
