They use Quest Diagnostics.

I do not know what they used. But you can call and ask. As stated, I paid $150

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Blood test was negative. Initial skin test was positive as latent TB but chest x-ray came out negative. Why the difference in results?

Like someone mentioned, Google it.

With a latent infection, you have the TB bacteria, but you don't feel sick and you have no symptoms. You can't spread TB to anyone else. The only sign that you have a TB infection is a positive TB skin test or blood test.

With a latent infection, you'll have a negative chest X-ray and a negative sputum test.

About 5% to 10% of people who have a latent TB infection will eventually get TB disease. Your chance of it depends on your medical history.

The new medical I did had less info on the vaccinations part compare to the initial I-693. Also, the form itself expires on 2/28/19. My interview is on 2/25/19. Would any of these be a problem?

I'm not sure why there would be less info on the new one. Bring both if you're concerned, but they'll just glance at the new one most likely, and focus on the rest of the application. The form expiring won't be a problem, as long as you used whatever was available on the USCIS website at the time.

If you're worried about your TB results, consider going to a regular doctor and getting that checked out. Blood tests are used more often exactly because skin tests can give out false positives. Either way a negative blood test is a good thing.

The doctor’s office provided the I-693 form. USCIS would have my initial I-693 since it was mailed in sealed envelope? I have a copy of that as well.

Then you're good. Bring the new one with you. Mention that the one they have on file is out of date. Give the new one. They can look at both if they want to. Don't worry!

I am wondering who could get you the answer on that one. Real mystery.

OP seems intent on getting the users of this forum to do the work for them throughout this whole thread rather than asking the people who'd actually know.

Which is weird since they clearly have a device and access to the internet.
