How long before the ROC date should we file?

Hello, how long before the ROC date should I send the papers in?

Within the 90 day period.

 

Closer to when it opens will be better because of delays in NOA/Extension letter and so on but you are free to send it in at any time in the window.

Agreed, the closer to the beginning of the 90 day window the better, but certainly not before.

90 days . . .  earlier on the ROC date hopefully means less time on the other side waiting.

My conditional Green Card expires on October 16th 2019 and we're planning on sending our ROC out on July 19th.
