I have spent 341 days outside the USA over a nearly 3 year period from June 2015 to March 2018. After my time away from the USA due to my mother's deteriorating health, family weddings and wedding anniversaries, the wife and I took no more trips from June 2016 to June 2018 with exception of 4 days in Rocky Point ,Mexico. I have a continuous presence of over 22 months. I hope when my interview arrives the USCIS will understand my parents and family are getting up in age and my mother has now passed away.

I maintain residency with our house, car, drivers licence bank accounts etc.

Additionally all my taxes are filed in the USA since I got my green card.

341 days for single trips?

Oh, and one other thing, I stayed with family and friend when I was abroad. I owned no property or had no rented properties.

I think you should be fine I spend total 330 days in 5 years of travel. Each trip last 2 months.

It depends. USCIS does not do averages. If any one trip lasted more than 6 months, you're presumed to have broken continuous residence.

I'm not sure this is helpful to your case. It could be interpreted as having ties to your home country, especially if you gave up a rented apartment in the US.

The wife and I have a house in the USA, we was only in Europe for that time England, France, Portugal, and Italy because my mother became ill and we went for for wedding anniversaries. Additionally, it took 5 months to get my goods shipped over to the USA. We took care of all business in the USA at the various embassies in London & Paris.

This action cost us a fortune, but who would not attend to their mother on her death bed.

None of the single trips lasted 6 months.
