Question if you get a Pro Bono Attorney who pay the application fees 

 

I have a interview with pro bono attorney 

I want to know before i go 

He may or may not represent my case

Every attorney is different. That would be a good question to ask him. I doubt they pay for the applications. More likely than not it will be you

06/30/19 - Wedding Day!!

07/17/19 - AOS Packet Mailed

07/19/19 - AOS Received

07/24/19 - NOA1 Date

08/16/19 - Biometric Appt.

09/25/19 - Interview Ready to be Scheduled

10/16/19 - Interview was Scheduled

12/05/19 - Interview Day

A pro bono attorney will more than likely waive their fee but you would still have to pay the application fees.
