How they store and handle 150-200 pages of paper work for each 1-751 case?  Do they scan and send all the paper to a storage facility?

Why would you send that much documentation at all for ROC?

200 pages might not be necessary in regular cases, but some people do send that much or even more: 

And with the new proposed rules regarding public charge it's only going to be more paper.

How they do it, I don't know. However, at our interview they had a paper copy of the documents I sent, which totaled more than 200 pages.

They should allow to  submit online, so that , it will be easy for them and also process might be faster, like  online filing of N-400.
