K1 medical--form error

My fiancee had her medical recently and says that she made a mistake filling out the address on the form. I'm sure it's not as big a problem as she's afraid it is, but what do we do about it? Should she contact the civil surgeon, the embassy, or both? Or just wait until the interview and say "oops, my bad"? I'm not sure exactly what form this is and how important the address listed on it is.

It's probably not an issue at all.

You left out one option.  Neither.  If she is compelled to mention she can at the interview

YMMV

It prob won't cause an issue, but she can just call the doctors office and tell them. The assistant is really nice and will tell you if she can do anything. Otherwise just mention it at your interview and they'll change it.

I heard quite the opposite from my fiancee!

I heard that from more people lol, but to me she was really nice a few months ago. I guess it depends if she's in a good mood XD
