POE Arrival passed 30 days, No Green Card received .

Its been 4 weeks since arrived in the USA, how much time USCIS is taking to process and mail the green card.Fee is paid before the flight.

Did you pay the visa fee?

It can take up to a year but generally 1-3 months. If you go past 6 months contact your ombudsman.

THE GREEN CARD WAS MAILED ON 13TH NOVEMBER AND WAS NOT DELIVERED AND SENT BACK TO THE USCIS FOR NO DELIVERY BY THE USPS BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO PUT OUR APARTMENT NUMBER.

I CALLED THEM AND NOW WAITING TO RESEND BY THEM.HOW MANY DAYS THEY TAKE TO RESEND.PLEASE HELP. THANKYOU

No idea as i dont work for the USCIS im sorry.

when you said it will take one year so that time you were working for uscis?.For your info it took 3 weeks to arrive.

I said: it CAN take up to a year but is normally 1-3 months. I never said it WILL take a year.
