Is anyone here from Morocco...i want to consult with him....plz that is necessary. Concerning k1 visa. It has been a month and two days and I have not received any notice from NVC ...

what should I do???

what should I do???

it`s normal, you just have to wait. they will get in contact with you when they are ready to schedule your interview, you can also call NVC if you have any questions, but try to call them early morning.

Where are you in the K1 process? Have you received a case number yet?

May 5, 2017: NOA2 hardcopy (still listed as 'received' online...)

May 23, 2017: NVC case number assigned

July 10, 2017: Interview
July 14, 2017: Visa in hand
July 27, 2017: POE at ORD

August 5, 2017: Married!

September 16, 2017 : NOA1 text/emails (receive date Sept. 12)

October 2, 2017 : Biometrics Appointment

October 13, 2017 : RFIE letter received in mail (they want an English translated Birth Certificate, which we included in the original petition...)

January 24, 2018: EAD/AP Combo Card in hand

August 9, 2018: AOS Interview (Approved)

August 9, 2018: "Card in Production"

August 16, 2018: Green card in hand

 

 

May 2020: ROC!

fill out your timeline and people can better advise you.

i 485, 130, EAD and AP

04/09/2019    NOA1 received/check cashed i 485 and 130 (direct adjustment)

11/7/2019      Interview- Norfolk

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

 

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

 

ROC

10/14/21 Mailed to AZ PO Box. Let the waiting begin. Again.

10/16/21 Received at PO Box

10/19/21 Received Text NOA1

10/23/21 Received Mailed NOA1

Yes...i received NOA2 approval...i am not the peritioner...i live in fes

Fes for  a K1 you can expect to be told to fill out the DS 5535

and case will probably be denied

fill out the form as it is a 15 year security check on you for travel to other countries and all your social media 

keep a copy for your records

 while u wait the year for the ds5535 to be processed,  she needs to come and marry

and you 2 apply for the CR1 as married ( include a copy of DS 5535 with the CR1 application
