Congratulations!!! If you would like to pursue the CR1 I would continue down that route since (in my opinion) it's the better visa. BUT if you want to wait for the K3 then do that but also remember it can be a while for it to get approved.

what will be quicker??

By looking at your timeline I would say your I-129f will probably take another couple of months. The NVC process can be 2-4 months depending if you're going to use James Shortcuts.

Because your I-130 was approved before your I-129F, (This assumes you don't get an approval on the I-129F in the next couple of days.) you have the best of both worlds still possible. Use James' shortcuts on the I-130 to speed it through NVC. Your I-129F is likely to catch and pass the I-130 on its way through NVC. As long as the I-130 gets to the Embassy or Consulate before the actual K3 interview occurs, the CR1 interview takes its place at the K3 scheduled time.

As the process moves forward, you may have some judgment calls to make if the K3 process speeds too far ahead of the I-130. In my case, I started the shortcuts and paid the AOS fee a few days before my K3 unexpectedly lurched too far ahead to consider continuing to pursue the CR1. It was never going to catch up. Since your I-130 was approved ahead of your I-129F, you still have an excellent chance of taking advantage of the two-horse race.
