I received from uscis request for evidence couple days ago for my i-130 case, they want to make sure our marriage is bona fide, so they asked for the attached documents.

My question is if i can send a flash drive or cd with my wedding video and photos on it or they will not accept this kind of evidence?

Or if i send birth certificate of our daughter, some photos and travel tickets with my spouse shouldn't be this enough as an evidence of bone fide marriage?

Hi..

PD October 2013, Still no contact by Vermont Service center. Filed by mother. F2b category.

The wait is life-draining. And I know there are many more families like ours waiting to be reunited.

Hi Ankit, Good luck! I am in the same situation however my priority date is April 2015. Filed at Vermont and they are just taking lot of time to process the petition. Hopefully at least they will speed up in the next six months.

9/4/2019--  File was touched again. However, I don't see email or anything on USCIS status -- Looks like that page is broken or something (PD Nov 2013 - Vermont)

Would check later on and keep it updated.

Hi Kenny,

My PD is Oct 2013, Vermont Service Center and still no communication from USCIS.

April 2013 case was approved in July/August 2019, the last I know.

Hope it helps.

Hi

I have a pending F2B petition from my Mother, It was filed in Nov 2014, At that time I was in US and filed my petition under Adjustment of Status but due to some status issue I had to leave US. Now I want to change my petition from Adjustment of Status to Consular Processing.

My question is when do I have to file I-824 form for consular processing after I-140 approval or I can file right now?

thank you in advance

Mandeep
