NOA (Notice of Action) is the the Extension letter that extends your Green Card validity for 18 months from date date your Green Card is expiring/expired.

IF your Passport is expired they will not STAMP your PASSPORT but you can get the stamp on CBP form I-94.

I only had the InfoPass apointment confirmation page (they need to scan it) and VALID ID.

I had the passport and my DL.

Hi All,

 

We sent our ROC on 11/15/18 and the packet  was received on 11/19/2018 (The first day our 90 day period opened). Checks were cashed on 11/23 and I received a text message from USCIS with receipt # on 11/26 with case was received message. We are still waiting on the official receipt notice in the mail.

Both checks cashed a few days ago(Sent two checks one for each amount) and got the text/email that the case has been taken in and got a receipt number.

At least this happened 😜

LIN - it refers to Lincoln, NE - Nebraska Service Center

The letter will be valid for 18 months, then you can get your passport stamped for another 12 months.

You hope it doesn't take over your 18 months extension. You hope that by 18 months, you're a 10 year permanent resident and a us citizen if you do the combo. No more extension or stamps!!!

Hey guys, did you submit your e-request for non delivery of notice online or by phone? I’m wondering which would work better.

 

I’m also puzzled because I am trying to submit a request for non delivery of NOA. However, in the section “Which notice was not received?” there is no option that says “receipt notice”. The only options are:”appointment “, “approval”, “denial”, “request for evidence “ and “other”...

If you call, they will do the same thing you can do online. They will put a service request.

Choose Other and you can describe what you did not received.
