I am still not issued, they ask for passport couple of week ago, I send it to consulate then came back blank passport with another 221g issued asking for new pcc, since my last pcc was expired, again this week I send it to consulate with new pcc,  after holding for 2 days it shows on Ustravels.com that they send it back again after 2 days with them, I don't think so they issued the visa, the passport Is still not in my hand, they will deliver it tomorrow then I will know it, on ceac.state.gov/ they did updated the date after received the passport, but it still show in administrative processing since last 6 month, they kept changing the date but not status, never like ready or issued.
