I-693 civil surgeon or any doctor?

In the city where I lived I contacted all the civil surgeons by email, about 12 of them.

Only 2 replied and said that they don't offer the service anymore and it's been over a month since I contacted them.

Do I have to get the form signed by a USCIS approved civil surgeon from the list on the website, or can any doctor sign it?

12/12/18 Mailed AoS + EAD + AP

12/14/18 Package delivered at Chicago Lockbox

12/20/18 Text notifications received 

12/24/18 NOA1 received 

12/31/18 Biometrics Appointment letter received. Scheduled for 1/9/19

01/03/19 Biometrics walk-in done

06/18/19 Interview was scheduled

Only civil surgeon approved by USCIS.

06.02.2014 - NoA2

01.04.2014 - Interview. 

AoS

03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.  

RoC

24.07.2017 - NoA1.

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.

Better probably calling them.
