Sometimes I will click on someone's handle so I can do a search on their posts... I'm not actually intending to go into their profile when I do that.... it's just the way the system is set up in certain pages. My searches are because I recall that the member had said something pertinent to either mine or someone else's current question and I'm trying to find the post again.

Sometimes I'm shocked by what some people post, so I go to their profile to see if I can glean some insight as to what would make them say things like that.

Sometimes I discover that certain circumstances of a member are similar to my own so I will visit their profile for that reason.

More often than not, I've clicked on a member's profile link accidentally due to this stupid jumping mouse.
