Timeline

I filed a k1 visa for my girlfriend  received a case number back on April 30 and that's it I also have been sending emails to uscis asking them if it's taking too long and I get a no that it's still within the time frame can someone tell me if I need to contact someone else if am ok or what I need to do

Nothing else you can do if its within the time frame, its just how every case goes.  Sign up for USCIS notifications and track your case, nothing else you can do but wait.

Nothing you can do because you are well within the timeframe.

April filers are starting to get their NOA2’s so hang in there. E-mailing them will not make the process go faster. You are within the time frame so don’t worry. You should be getting your NOA2 really soon. Good luck 😊!

This is an April thread, I suggest you bookmark it. Chances are most people in there are basically in same boat as you are. Most of those will probably get processed within next few weeks. Good luck!
