My girlfriend is a Filipina citizen living in Thailand. Will she need to do the seminar all Filipinos have to do before going to America?

Will she be required to return to the Philippines and do that course they have them do before she comes to the states?

No, you will not have to go back to do the CFO/GCP seminar at all unless she goes back to the Philippines.

But she does need to ensure that she have a recent NSO police certificate.

If she is a legal resident of Thailand and interviews there then no.  If she interviews in Manila and doesn't return to Thailand then yes.

They should have grabbed that guy that came through here earlier, you know the one that when to the Phils for his friend's wedding, then met the "nicest gal" in a bar .. love at first encounter..   (his friend couldn't get him to leave her be, he did a K-1 for her)

Oh yeah I remember that one. That's the one where he found out that she had a bf that lived in the same complex as her right, or a different one?

Ohhhhh sorry that was the latest one and that's why it's so fresh in my mind. I do vaguely remember that story but I am not going to take the time to dig it back up.

But seriously these guys that find their "soul mate" in bar in Manila or Angeles City are just dreaming literally.
