No problem...yes i did call and made a service request and also sent a letter plus the copy of naturalization certificate .That service request went fast though .And they will send you a mail saying c

if anyone care, just got off call with NVC:   My 08/08 approved I-130 petition reached NVC on 09/04 and currently they are working on cases received on 08/12.   @J()hn , @Alexus_f,

Applied for my spouse as an LPR.

 

I have N400 interview coming up next week and would like to know whether I will require to carry any documents related to our relationshup with me e.g pics/chat/call history?

 

I am planning to take our bonafide marriage cert and notice of case received.

N-400 has nothing to do with your spouse, so you won't need to bring the bona fide evidences. You may need to bring your marriage certificate if your marriage status is now different than what you have specified on the N-400 application.

Only thing I would ask to keep an eye out on is the date format the interviewing officer enters.

 

My cert was from India, and he entered it as it shows on the cert but the cert shows it in DD/MM/YYY and as a result he updated as is but was displayed as  MM/DD/YYYY

 

he will also show you a final copy of the nat cert and verify it there again it is married, for some unknown reason he selected "seperated"

Man its been 18 months now, so so frustrating, already submitted two request for behind normal processing time. No respond.  I do not know what next. Horrible
