Hi all,

I am currently preparing a package for AOS.

Am I applying under INA Section 245(i) or not? Google says most of the immigrants applying under this section...

Because I am confused what is that.....and so do I need to fill out Supplement A to the I-485?

Thank you.

hi

the answer is no, why are you checking yes?

you entered the country as k1, so the answer is no

the 245i law is a law for those who entered illegally or legally but overstayed in the country before 2001 and applied for a employment visa or had a family member that filed for them

so the answer is no, you entered legally to the country with a k1 visa
