Hopefully with other Service Centers being pulled in here, there's a chance CSC will speed up or our I-751s will be sent to another Service Center. So fingers crossed it helps us too.

I am working on the assumption that the words "date received" mean that literally, and not "date processed". In my mind, if they receive it before the cutover, you're in. But, of course, logic has no place when it comes to this process so we might find our packets end up routed to one of the new centers. I lack the data to make an informed guess.

 

Now, if the workload on CSC falls and the processing time for I-751 comes down as a result? Hurrah!

09-17-2019 - Biometrics appointment attended - case updated online as review complete

09-18-2019 - Case is being actively review by USCIS at the NBC

02-19-2020 - USCIS cancels interview. :(

03-04-2020 - USCIS reschedules interview for 04/13/2020

So now my impatience starts to peek through.  Ever since I filed, I've been checking our bank account to see when USCIS cashes our check--another huge chunk of funds dedicated to immigration papers haha.

 

Still nothing yet but if I remember correctly I think they'll verify everything's there, draft the NOA, and the check could be cashed either before or after that point.  

 

It's been a while--have you guys noticed any trends?

Has your I-751 petition been delivered to Texas Service Center?

My package is supposed to be delivered by 10:30am today. But the tracking status still saying that it's on the vehicle right now (12:11pm)

I did UPS, I wanted it there next day and the application was over 300 pages long so the priority express mail package wasn't large enough haha

It did but we were on a time crunch and it wasn't a huge deal.  It got there safely and everything is good.

Looking at the August thread, it takes around a month to get the NOA (for CSC at least) so there's that. Doesn't stop me from checking my bank account every day though haha. 😅

Hi guys! I'm working on package right now, I'm planing on sending it tomorrow. So I've got two questions just to make sure I'm doing it right. First, I don't have a middle name so autofill doesn't fill out the Acknowledgement of appointment for me (Part 7), so the only way to do is either put a space on the middle name then on part 7 it will look like  A . .BBBBBB, or  live blank and then I hand write my name. Anyone that had the same issue? 

Second, did you put NA or None instead of N/A? thanks
