They will either send you an RFE or ask for it at the interview. They might deny you because of the new rules but I seriously doubt it. Get it so you’re ready for it when they ask.

Thanks a lot

Should I write a letter stating my reasons why and gave the letter to my spouse?

Give your current wife a detailed letter explaining why you omitted the divorce decree and the original divorce decree of your first wife because it is safer to call the Consular Officer's attention to it during the time of her interview than them getting to know during the final lapse prior  to visa issuance.

IMHO,I will advise she presents it before the Consular Officer administers the oath.

I'm unsure how far along in your process you are.  :time:

If you're at the interview stage then I suggest sending a copy of BOTH certificates to your wife to bring to interview.

But you did state you were married twice and divorced twice correct? Or did you omit that marriage on the application?

I talked to an immigration Lawyer and they told me i can submit the first divorce certificate at the interview. It is not a serious problem.

Forgeting to include the document is one thing, lying on the application is far worse.
