Im putting together my file for I129f.

Do you think its best to put all proof of meeting in person docs in one folder, or to break it up into separate plastic sleeves?

Similairly for I129 papers, and proof of ongoing relationship section.

we used a cover letter  and put everything in order according to that. Then  put all the proofs of meeting at the end along with pictures and any other evidence. We clipped it altogether with a binder clip. I was told not to use any sleeves or binders or etc. I wanted to so bad because of organization reasons but this is how they want it.

awww man i used plastic sleeves to put groups of papers in and mailed it today :( will that screw me?

I've seen several couples on Youtube mention they used the plastic sleeves and they were approved for their visas without issue. So, I imagine you may irritate the person who receives your packet but otherwise, you should be fine.   :)
