Hi my RFE came a few days ago. They said I provided undated photos of me and my finance together in an unknown location and that my passport does not show entry and exit stamps within the 2 year period. I can understand the photos because i grouped them by year (2014 and 2015), but my passport copy (which was black and white) shows the visa and the stamps are there are well. Should I call to find out why or just move forward and provide a color copy of the passport?

Just send in again what they requested so it won't hold up your petition..This happens quite frequently with the USCIS...Good luck!

I'm assuming the RF is for evidence of meeting at least one within the past 2 years, since there is no evidence of relationship requirement for the I-129F.

Labeling the photos is good, but keep in mind photos are secondary evidence of meeting within the past 2 years.

Make sure the passport stamps are clear. Also toss in the boarding passes if you have them. Do you have any other dated evidence of being physically at the same spot within the 2 years prior to filing the I-129F? Receipts? Hotel invoices?

Calling won't tell why specifically they sent the RFE.

Thanks everyone! I have another question. Should I include our engagement photos even though they were not apart of the original application? I filed the petition before we had our engagement ceremony, I sent my petition off Dec 2017, we had our engagement ceremony Feb 2018 in Ghana (I flew there).... Should I include those pictures as well with the RFE? Thanks everyone this group has helped me a lot!

Describe "engagement photos". Other people from Ghana have been refused for being "too married" based on engagement photos that looked like a customary wedding ceremony.

If it clearly does not look like a wedding (formal or not), then adding in additional evidence of a bona fide relationship is fine.

Agree - better not to add them since traditional engagements have been viewed as formal weddings. A US/GH couple recently got their K1 refused for this and had to go to CR1 and wait even longer.  We are not even including our professional couples photos that we got taken on a holiday just because we're wearing matching outfits and we don't want the embassy to get the wrong idea.  Any other casual photos you have should be fine with the requested info - dates, locations, names of people in the pic.

Thanks so much everyone. So I'm finally getting closer to finishing up everything they are asking for. There's one section that states we can add letters from anyone who'd knowledgeable about the relationship. Do you think we would be penalized if we added new letters from people who did not originally write one for us? For instance my Auntie has known about us since the beginning. She's not a good writer we can have her sign the letter is true but would immigration think this is fake?

They letter asked to show passport stamps and add locations to the pictures (164 of them...can remember which i sent and which i did not 😕 ) so Im thinking i should include all of them or just a little over 40 since immigration said they only received 37? Thanks for your help! Oh and I found trotro receipts when we went to Akosumbo.
