Hello , I got approuved today in the embassy of Algeria , I wish I didnt read and listen to many articles in this forum , lot off people were saying that they got denied for no reason in embassy like morroco and tunisia , but i had a diffrent experience in the embassy of algeria even tho we spent less then a week and we had only 1 visit and 4 pictures , we got approuved and not even front loading our petition or our visa application

An advice for people who are going true a high fraud embassy , dont worry too much as long as your relation is geniune , you will be aprouved and DO NOT LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE COMMENT OR TO THE PEOPLE WHO TELL YOU YOU NEED xxxx VISIT OR YOU WILL GET DENIED , most of those people who have been denied dont even tell you the reason why they have been denied.

Congrats! :)

While I understand the skepticism since you were approved with only 1 visit, 4 photos, and no front loading, if there is a suggestion that other should do the same then I have to completely disagree. More visits help. Frontloading helps in cases like this. It is, IMHO, reckless to not put forth the strongest case possible from initial filing all the way to interview.

I agree that anybody that says you will be denied with only 1 visit or something is wrong. Nobody knows what the CO will decide. They look at the totality of the circumstances.

But it quiet demorlizing when you had some people PM you telling you , dont even try to apply you will get denied , and then you realize that it was wrong , the CO even made his mind before the interview and I got approved

Congratulations!!!  But your statement that "dont worry too much as long as your relation is geniune , you will be aprouved" is not good advice.  There are countless cases here which are evidence that high fraud countries are difficult. You are an exception, not a typical case.  For high fraud countries, front loading is most certainly the best method to enhance chances of success. To suggest otherwise is just ignoring the experiences of others.

Congratulations....

Congratulations....

I dont know , but it sound like they made a decision before the interview , the moment they took my finger print and paper , they provided me with a white slip saying "Congratulation your immigrant visa has been aprouved" and instruction on how to pick up my passport so i was a bit confused on how I am getting aprouved before the interview , and during my interview the CO didn't ask me anything beside when I am planning to enter the us , while when you read here many articles talk about an interview with lot off questions and people getting denied for no specific reason and stuff like that , you said that i am an exeception , how about the other people who were with me they were all approved , the only one getting denied was a women with her husband and it was for DV-Lottery.
